Italy: Man sentenced to prison for Fascism apology


A Milan court sentenced right-wing figures to two years in prison on Wednesday because he stated in a television interview that the fascist period was “a period of social reform and Italy’s great glory.” 

Roberto Jonghi Lavarini, nicknamed “Black Baron”, also commemorated Rome for the parade and used anti-Semitism. He was found guilty of fascist apology.
