Portugal: Traffic forbidden between cities

 

The traffic between cities in mainland Portugal is forbidden between 11:00 pm on Friday November 27th and 5:00 am on Wednesday, December 2nd.

 



Due to the pandemic of State of Emergency Covid-19, the measures stipulated in the state of emergency by decree, will have some exceptions.


According to the government decree that came into effect on November 24, the regulations of the new state of emergency regarding the movement of residents are applicable ”unless for health reasons or other urgent reasons”.



Due to the holidays on December 1st and August, the ban will take effect again from 11:00 pm on December 4th to 11:59 pm on December 8th.
