The Italian drug agency AIFA said on Wednesday that the COVID vaccine developed by the Italian company ReiThera will be available in September.
AIFA Chairman Giorgio Palù told Sky TG24 that starting this month, millions of ReiThera jabs may be taken.
The Minister of Health Roberto Speranzasaid that the Italian government will invest public funds in ReiThera, located in Castel Romano, a suburb of Rome.
