Covid: Vaccine given to nearly 1.2 million in Italy

 

According to data updated by the Ministry of Health on Tuesday, Italyhas passed 3 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine. 


The Ministry of Health said that 3,0,57,132 doses of vaccine have been given, and 1,289,059 people have received the first and second doses of full vaccination. 

 


It stated that 3,651,270 doses have been distributed to the Italian region and 83.7% have been used. So far, Italy has distributed three vaccines: Pfizer (3,288,870 doses), Moderna (112,800) and AstraZeneca (249,600).
