Due to the high rate of coronavirus, only 5 cities will be banned from opening in the Region of Murcia.
The five unfortunate people are: Yecla, Totana, Los Alcázares, Torre Pacheco and San Javier.
The bars are allowed to open their terrace so that they reaches 100% of its capacity, and observes the basic spacing of 1.5 meters between tables from Wednesday: Ojós, Librilla, Ricote, Beniel, Lorquí, Campos del Rio, Bullas, Ulea, Abarán, Villanueva, Fortuna, Moratalla, Santomera, Cartagena, Pliego, Molina de Segura, Las Torres de Cotillas, Alguazas, Murciatar, Águilas, Fuenta Álamo, La Unión, Mula, Cieza, Mazarrón, Blanca and San Pedro del Pinatar.
Bars and restaurants can be opened up to 75% of the terrace capacity; Aledo, Albudeite, Ceutí, Lorca, Cehegín, Alhama de Murcia, Archena ), Puerto Lumbreras, Caravaca, Calasparra and Jumilla.
The Covid Monitoring Committee has reviewed the data over the weekend and at its Monday afternoon meeting has decided to allow bars and restaurants in 40 of the 45 cities in the region to reopen from Wednesday. Only the terrace is open; no food is allowed in the bar or premises.
Alcantarilla, Aledo, Alhama de Murcia, Archena, Blanca, Caravaca de la Cruz, Cehegín, Fuente Álamo, Jumilla, Moratalla and Puerto Lumbreras have all been added to this week’s list.
Yecla, Totana, Los Alcázares, Torre Pacheco and San Javier must wait until next Monday to review the data.
