A source said on Friday that Roberto Speranza of the Italian Ministry of Health will sign a new decree that will change Calabria, Lombardy and Piedmont from a high COVID risk red zone to a medium risk orange area.
According to this decree, which took effect on Sunday, Liguria and Sicily will turn yellow.
