According to the annual report of the research institute CENSIS released, nearly 80% of Italians approve the strict government restrictions during Christmas holidays.
The report says that 79.8% of Italians hope to increase or maintain restrictions related to COVID-19 during Christmas.
The report said that 59.6% of people will spend less on gifts this year, while 61.6% expect to feel sad on New Year’s Eve.
According to the report, 44.8% of Italians think we will get rid of the pandemic, while only 20.5% think this experience will make us better.
