Sunny days in Mediterranean Sea coves with turquoise seas. A vacation where no one is in a rush, nature provides breathtaking scenery, and you can rest and reconnect with yourself and your spouse. Fishing villages and charming beach towns where you may take a promenade or dine on wonderful fresh-caught and locally grown cuisine.
There are hundreds of photo-worthy beautiful locations. This is Menorca, in the Balearic Islands, the ideal place for couples to relax and unwind. We have ten different plans for you to look at.

Do you know what the Ibiza style is? It’s built on cool natural fibers and light, highly comfortable clothing, and it’s famous all over the world. The primary color in these patterns is white, which makes them feel as lovely as they appear. The design is popular throughout the Balearic Islands, but Menorca is recognized for its handcrafted sandals. The most famous are even referred to as “menorquinas.”
There are workshops all around the island that make and sell them. A trip to Ciutadella, for example, allows you to spend a few enjoyable hours shopping while strolling around the charming streets.
There are so many picturesque vistas with the water in the backdrop, white cottage coastal communities, sunsets seen from a lighthouse, sweeping views… Sharing your photographs on social media would not suffice. There are several more, but here are a few of the best: Binibeca, a fishing town, coves like Macarella and Macarelleta, the lighthouses of Cavalleria, Favaritx, and Punta Nati, vistas of Ciutadella harbour, and the popular Cova d’en Xoroi.
Silky white sand beaches surrounded by green pine trees, with blue water so transparent you can see the bottom. The best part is that this type of cove can be found all around Menorca: Macarella, Macarelleta, Mitjana, Turqueta, Son Bou, Binidal, Es Talaier..
All of this is located on the island’s southern tip. The sand is darker in the north, the sea is darker, and there are longer beaches like Cavalleria and Sa Mesquida.
Have you ever tried horseback riding? On Menorca, you may experience how liberating it feels to be free. The Cam de Cavalls path, which goes along the island’s shore, is ideal for cycling. However, there are several firms that organize short rides for novices along the shore or in the forests.
Have you ever paddled through crystal clear seas on a kayak? On Menorca, it’s virtually a must-do activity. What about going scuba diving? The seafloor around the island is home to a diverse range of flora and fauna.
Would you want something a little quieter? Take a canvas outside and try your hand at painting. Many artists and amateurs find their muse in the open air on Menorca, paintbrush in hand.
Lunch by the sea in a harbor filled by boats, followed by dinners in typical Menorcan rural houses, or a stroll through Mahón’s Claustro del Carmen market for tapas… The necessary langoustine caldereta, perol menorqun (roast vegetables with fresh fish or meat), partridge with cabbage, oliaigua (a warm soup with vegetables, bread, and olive oil), roast lamb, baked ray… We propose tasting one of Menorca’s herb liqueurs after your dinner.
