Lithuania’s entry requirements are based on guidelines provided by the European Centers for Disease Prevention and Control (ECDC), which means countries are listed in four different categories, green, yellow , red and grey.

Lithuania allows unrestricted access to anyone with a certificate of vaccination or a certificate of rehabilitation, regardless of the country of origin of the traveler.

For people who have not been sick or have not been vaccinated, they are subject to testing and self-isolation requirements depending on the type of country they are traveling to.

Traveling to Lithuania from the countries in the yellow list According to the ECDC, countries that have recorded 75 to 200 infections and have a test-positive rate of less than 4% are included in the amber list.

Therefore, in accordance with the infection rate recorded by each country and their overall coronavirus situation, the Lithuanian Amber List currently includes the following:

• Malta

• The French region of Mayotte

• Portugal, except Madeira

Travelers entering Lithuania from any of these orange countries / regions must complete the immigration form and present the confirmation letter received to the relevant authorities within 48 hours prior to arrival.

Anyone is required to fill out the entry form, regardless of vaccination status.

Unvaccinated and unrecovered travelers arriving in Lithuania from any of the countries listed in orange will either present a negative PCR test result within 72 hours prior to arrival or 48 prior to arrival. A rapid antigen test should be performed within an hour.

In addition, those arriving from an orange country will need to undergo another COVID19 test 3-5 days after arrival.Visitors to Lithuania from one of these orange countries/territories must complete an entry form within 48 hours of arrival and provide confirmation of receipt to the responsible authorities.

Everyone must complete the registration form, regardless of their immunization status.

Unvaccinated and untreated travelers arriving in Lithuania from one of the Amber List countries must present a negative PCR test result performed within 72 hours prior to arrival or an antigen test Express is made within 48 hours of entry.

In addition, people arriving from orange countries must take another COVID19 test three to five days after arrival.

Certificate of Immunization: the document must show that 14 days have passed since the person received the second dose of the vaccine. The accepted vaccines in Lithuania are AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), Pfizer/BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna (Spikevax), and Johnson & Johnson (Janssen).

A certificate of recovery showing that the owner has tested positive. The certificate should not be more than 180 days from the date of receipt of the last positive result.
