France: COVID health pass mandatory for bars and restaurants

Except for French residents, all overseas travelers seeking admission to public attractions and hospitality venues will be required to provide proof of vaccination or a recent negative COVID-19 test result beginning August 9.

According to the French authorities, travelers would be able to retain their vaccination status in digital form and display it via their smartphone or submit it in paper format.
